Collection Operations Assistant- Temp

ONE ZERO Digital Bank is seeking a temporary Collection Operations Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the collections department in managing overdue accounts, communicating with customers, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced digital banking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management of overdue accounts and collections processes.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels to resolve outstanding debts.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of issues.
• Generate and analyze reports related to collections activities.
• Support the implementation of new strategies and technologies to improve collections efficiency.
  
  

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a collections or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
