Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PC Technician to join our dynamic work environment. In this service role, you will provide essential user support and manage computing, communication, and multimedia equipment, including both hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users, ensuring smooth operation of all computing, communication, and multimedia equipment.
• Handle troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues.
• Maintain and manage operating systems, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft environment and OFFICE tools. Knowledge of Linux is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a PC technician in a large organization supporting a minimum of 500 end users.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in a domain-managed environment, including diagnosing and handling software and hardware faults.
• Proficient in WIN operating systems and OFFICE software.
• Education: Must have completed a professional course for PC technicians.
• Additional Requirements: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
