As a product leader you will oversee all the Nimble Product engineering ecosystem and developer tools. You will shape the product offering, grow our builder Community and promote our Product First Culture. In this Role you will manage team of 2-4 PMs and work with 4 R&D teams.

We are looking for technical folks who obsessed with product innovation. For us is not just about driving the conversion metric on the funnel (important!), exceptional creative thinkers are welcome. Strong plus for hands on experience with developer framework and familiarity with ML ops / Gen-AI ecosystem.

Lead the Product Motion

Today, Nimble is the leading platform for developers seeking structured information for their BI and AI applications. The dev-tool product line with >$3M book of business. Boost the developer experience and user retention. Work closely with the CS teams. Lead the GTM motion:

• Product Led- by promoting the self serve API offering and building the developer experience along with creating additional value to our customers. Most of these users are developers who are doing web scraping and upcoming AI engineers. Build, reshape and strategize the Nimble API docs and the User Dashboard.
• Sales Led- work along the sales teams and support the Pre-Sales Teams in high touch enterprise sells. Own the Nimble managed solution from ideation to a full execution. Work closely with customers, Scraping Architects, and Engineering.

Own the Nimble Platform

• In your role you will build our platform, managing the self serve, responsible for user experience of our product
• You will also responsible for the integration with internal systems, as billing, salesforce, while working with finance and ops departments
• Manage internal supply and demand operations to align the business value and the IP acquisition strategy. Collaboration with marketing, BI, and engineering

Responsibilities:

Product Leadership

• Develop and execute a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic vision and business goals to provide fully managed data pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and functionality: work closely with various teams and stakeholders, including the CEO, to align product strategies with company goals. The R&D is mostly in TLV.
• Foster synergy between engineers and the GTM teams.

Product Management

• Lead and manage a diverse product team, including technical and data product managers.
• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives on the business.

Job requirements:

• Strong technical experience in building complex systems and world class data products at scale, preferably from B2D companies/Cyber/Security domains.
• Track record to develop and communicate a clear product strategy from concept to completion and aligned with overall business goals.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills. Experience building, leading, and managing product teams, including technical and data product managers.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a dynamic work setting with evolving requirements.
