Job Description:

We are seeking a well-rounded and multidisciplinary Hardware Board Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing, executing, troubleshooting, and editing hardware electronic boards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Design complex hardware electronic boards from concept to production.
• Develop and test prototypes to validate design concepts.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.

Execution and Implementation:

• Oversee the execution of hardware designs through to production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure successful product deployment.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for designs, including schematics, BOMs, and layout files.

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues, utilizing tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other diagnostic equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for hardware failures.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the production and testing phases.

Editing and Optimization:

• Continuously improve existing hardware designs for enhanced performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Review and edit designs to comply with industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware solutions into broader systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hardware board design, including schematic capture, PCB layout, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in using design software such as Altium Designer, Eagle, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and signal integrity.
• Experience with analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
