Full time job in Tel Aviv, Hybrid.

Job description:

• Operational Responsibilities and Application Support for the Organization's Core Systems.
• Providing service, handling, and following up on internal user and external vendor calls.
• Understanding processes, initiating, and implementing automations for control and routine operations.
• Collaborating with various departments such as infrastructure, information security, development teams, and QA.
• Conducting routine audits, handling, and investigating incidents.
• Full-time position, with mandatory overtime availability.
  

Job Requirements:

• Technical studies or courses - mandatory.
• At least one year of experience in application-based information systems support within an organization - mandatory.
• Experience with SQL - mandatory (join level and above).
• Experience in writing scripts in various languages - mandatory.
• Experience in implementing and providing solutions using automation tools - a significant advantage.
