Software Tech Lead

In this role, you will join the Backend CORE team, working with GO and Python.

The company has around 15 employees, 10 of whom are based in Israel. They are located in the central region and offer two days of remote work per week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of backend systems using Python and Go.
• Implement and manage microservices-based solutions to support the DevOps automation platform.
• Apply modern CI/CD principles and tools to optimize the development and deployment processes.
• Utilize your expertise in Kubernetes to manage and scale containerized applications effectively.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project objectives.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment, delivering high-quality results on time.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance backend systems and processes, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in a technical leadership role, such as Technical Lead or Software Architect.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go, with a solid track record of backend development.
• Extensive experience with microservices architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in Kubernetes, with hands-on experience managing containerized applications.
• Comprehensive understanding of modern CI/CD principles and tools.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a technical team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a startup environment is preferred but not required
