Team Lead Developer

Mertens - MalamTeam is seeking a Team Lead Developer for a leading organization in the central region (near a train line)!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and maintain company systems using Java and Angular. Develop B2C and B2B company portals.

- Lead a development team consisting of several developers.

- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders within the company to gather business requirements and define tasks.

- Manage version releases for company systems.

*Position Requirements:*

- At least 3 years of experience in Java and Angular development.

- Proven experience in managing development teams.

- Ability to work effectively with various departments within the company and understand business requirements.

- Experience in managing software version releases.

- Full proficiency in English to work with an international development team.
