About the Role

Pango is looking for a Patinated Technical Recruiter to join our team. You'll be the driving force behind finding and hiring tech talents for our team. You'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, get creative in finding talented candidates, and use data to make sure we're always improving our hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including networking, referrals, and competitive intelligence, to build a robust talent pipeline.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, efficient screening, and a positive interview process.
• Leverage data and metrics to measure recruitment performance, identify trends, and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in technical recruiting.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), especially Comeet.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry, trends, and job boards.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or any related field.
