System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated System Administrator to join our team in a leading medical organization in Ashdod. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Microsoft systems (AD, GPO, 2019/2022 Servers, DNS, DHCP). Oversee the setup and maintenance of VMware virtualization systems. Work with physical servers and local storage solutions (Dell/NetApp). Handle network protocols and architectures. Develop scripts and automation using PowerShell. Define and write operational procedures. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, even under pressure. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in an Enterprise environment. Strong teamwork skills with a service-oriented mindset. Practical experience in system administration. Experience with network protocols and architectures. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Ability to drive processes and lead projects independently. Preferred: Experience with physical servers and local storage systems
