Position Summary: 

As the first AI employee at G.S, you will lead the AI division in our rapidly growing startup. This role involves spearheading the development and integration of AI technologies across our platform to optimize the management and understanding of employee equity plans globally. 

Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement AI strategies that align with our mission of simplifying global equity management. 

Lead a team of AI specialists in designing and deploying machine learning models to enhance our service offerings. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency. 

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, applying cutting-edge research to keep our platform at the forefront of technology. 

Manage the entire AI lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. 

What You’ll Bring: 

Proven experience in leading AI initiatives and teams in a dynamic startup environment. 

Strong expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive modeling.

Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI/ML frameworks. 

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about the role of AI in business. 

A minimum of 5 years of experience in AI and software engineering. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
