VP of Sales

Established industrial company serving the institutional market seeks a dynamic Sales Vice President to lead our sales team and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a deep understanding of the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in industries dealing with complex materials such as paints, coatings, polymers, and raw materials is a must.
• Full partnership in developing the company's sales strategy.
• Responsibility for implementing the sales strategy and policy.
• Responsibility for preparing an annual budget and work plan and presenting it to the board of directors.
• Responsibility for ongoing and periodic reports.
• Managing sales managers and the entire sales organization.
• Relationship management with key accounts, distributors, and contractors.
• Building tools and procedures such as price lists, reports, etc.
• Responsibility for collections.
• Membership in the company's management team.
• Presentations to external parties (banks, board of directors, etc.) as needed.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree.
• Significant experience in managing sales organizations in leading industrial companies, with an emphasis on technical sales.
• Experience in managing sales organizations operating in institutional markets, with distributors, and professionals.
• Ability to manage teams and managers.
• High level of business and financial understanding.
• Strong representation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer systems.
