Assistant to CM Managers

We're seeking a dedicated Assistant to CM Managers to support our operations within a fast-paced, high-tech global leader. If you're motivated, result-driven, and ready to tackle challenges head-on in the high-tech industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

This hybrid position has three workdays per week at the client site in Yokneam and occasional visits to our company offices in Mevasseret Zion.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist in sourcing and allocating materials.

🔹 Track and ensure timely delivery of orders.

🔹 Resolve operational delays and collaborate with suppliers.

🔹 Maintain procurement information and resolve discrepancies.

🔹 Update procurement records and analyze data for informed decisions.

🔹 Coordinate material transfers and ensure accurate documentation.

🔹 Align procurement activities with internal teams.

Education & Experience:

🏅 Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred.
