Legal Counsel for Tender Management Department

A large, successful service company is seeking a Legal Counsel to lead its Tender Management Department. The company provides a wide range of services to government offices and local authorities, from setting up and operating call centers to developing costume software.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Tender Management: Systematic and strategic management of tender processes.

- Tender Response Methodologies: Writing methodologies for responding to tenders.

- Opportunity Identification: Identifying opportunities, analyzing requirements, guarantees, and preliminary conditions.

- Competitive Proposals: Submitting competitive proposals while maximizing profitability.

- Employee Guidance: Guiding company employees.

- Contract Negotiation: Managing contract negotiations and fostering long-term business relationships.

This is an on-site, full time position, the company's offices are in central Israel

Requirements

- Qualified Lawyer: Must be a certified lawyer.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in tender management.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills.

- Management Skills: Proven managerial experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
