ThoughtLeaders is expanding their team, and looking for new candidates to join their accelerator program. Starting off as a Partner Program Specialist, employees will learn the ins and outs of Influencer Marketing, help with sales and marketing funnels, and support overall business development at the company. All the while they will be gaining skills in Account Management and Talent Management, with the expectation to fast-track candidates to those positions according to their interests and abilities.
We are looking for confident, self-starters who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working with people. As a Partner Program Specialist you will help YouTube creators find successful brand partnerships, find new creators to add to our network, and speak with brands about ideal candidates for their influencer marketing campaigns. Your role will include email outreach to brands and creators, pitching creators for collaborations, negotiation and more.
No previous influencer marketing experience is needed.
Responsibilities
- Create customized creator outreach, and develop outreach templates
- Evaluate creators and understanding there content and what kind of sponsorship could be good for them
- Negotiating deals on behalf of the creators
- Set up meetings with brands for sales manager
- Understand brand needs and pitch suggested creators
- Source leads in ThoughtLeaders platform and search for relevant contacts
- Work with KPI and metrics
- Be responsible for managing a portfolio of creators to match brand partnerships
- Create and Run email outreach campaigns
- Develop a strong understanding of our technology and services
- Continually prospect and network with new leads with creative approaches and messaging
- Book meetings and nurture the leads in your pipeline
- Identify the specific needs and requirements of the client to tailor the negotiation strategy accordingly.
Qualifications

- Creative with sales pitches and extremely adaptable
- Ability to multitask between business development related tasks and sales cycles with a variety of customers
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with selling and suggesting new products for clients to purchase
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Excellent skills in closing deals and managing complex negotiations
- Thrives under pressure
- High level of English
- Interest in working in High-Tech
