We are seeking a dynamic Director of Revenue Operations to drive sales strategies in a rapidly scaling tech company across international markets.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the CCO to enhance revenue processes, improve cross-departmental collaboration, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Key responsibilities include optimizing efficiency, fostering data-driven decisions, tracking KPIs, and implementing best practices.
Job requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (preferably B2B/SaaS)
- Proven success in scaling products across multiple markets
- Expertise with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
