IT Specialist

StarkWare is a fast-growing six-year-old startup leading the way in scaling Ethereum. It has built the SaaS platform StarkEx and the permissionless network StarkNet.

We seek an IT Specialist to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be a valuable resource for supporting and guiding our employees.

You will also operate and develop our technological infrastructure and collaborate with various teams throughout the organization to design, implement, and maintain our IT systems.

This role involves being the frontline of IT support within our office, ensuring our technological infrastructure operates seamlessly to support our fast-growing company.

The right candidate:

• Has at least 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• Has proficiency in computer hardware, network installation and support, wireless technology applications, and IT security.
• Has experience in IT automation and management across multiple operating systems.
• Is curious by nature and a quick learner.
• Is service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff.

Ideally experienced with:

• Linux operating systems.
• Experience in planning and managing IT equipment and software in a fast-growing environment.
• Has experience working with SAAS cloud environments.
• Working in a startup environment.
• CompTIA A+/ITIL/CIST/CCNA or an equivalent certification.
