QA Team Manager

Cello (Cellopark) Technologies is an established global leader in urban mobility. The company is dynamic and rapidly changing, focusing on developing a modern and comfortable parking payment solution to meet the growing market demand. We've invented the world's first parking payment application that uses cellular technology to make the parking experience simple, quick, and easy for all customers. Cello operates in over 400 municipalities, parking lots, and university campuses in three countries with different languages. Our global system covers more than 300,000+ parking spots, both on- and off-street, and processes hundreds of millions of transactions annually.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for you to join us as a QA Team Manager to lead and oversee our global QA team.

What will you do:

·        Lean and manage a small, on-site QA team while collaborating closely with offshore QA groups.

·        Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture while developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies, processes, and standards.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and requirements.

·        Monitor multiple concurrent projects progress and identify potential risks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.

·        Build strong relationships with development, product management, and other teams by facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration between on-site and offshore teams.

·        Constantly improve the group efficiency by identifying opportunities to automate manual QA processes and implementing automation strategies.

Qualifications:

·        Proven experience in direct management of QA teams, including remote and offshore teams. (5 years+)

·        Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, sAFE, etc.).

·        Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.

·        Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

·        Proven experience in implementing test automation frameworks and tools.

·        Knowledge of scripting languages and automation tools.

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a big advantage.
