• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals.
• Partner with our SEO team to implement SEO best practices to ensure our content ranks high on search engines to drive organic traffic.
• Partner with the Design and R&D teams to continually improve the blog appearance and functionality
• Research industry trends, target audience preferences, and the competitive landscape to optimize the content plan
• Use analytics to track and optimize the performance of the blog and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategy.
• Write, edit, proofread, and upload blog posts to maintain our high standards of quality and consistency.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor freelance writers to ensure a steady flow of diverse and high-quality content.
• Managing budgets, payments, and contracts with external suppliers.
• Be an integral part of the content team, participating in ideation for campaigns and messaging beyond the scope of the blog.
• Sharpen your skills with personal and team training programs.
  
  

• 3+ years of proven experience in content writing and blog management
• Knowledge of best practices in SEO and blog user experience
• Mother tongue English, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free copy
• Ability to analyze data and implement actions to improve blog performance
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and writing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A genuine passion for music, film, and the creative arts
• Familiarity with WordPress, Mixpanel, and/or video editing software is a plus
