Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated hands-on Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in developing and managing PPC campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google. This role also requires expertise in social media channel management, creative content development, partnership building, and influencer collaboration, and provides a broad range of marketing support to the unit group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PPC campaigns on Facebook, Google, and other platforms.
• Create and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Work with the creative team to produce visually appealing and effective marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand brand reach.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
• Create and update collaterals, web content, brochures, kits, newsletters, banners, ads, videos, and sales tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Facebook and Google advertising platforms.
• Experience in creative content development and partnership building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Must have high-level proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with design software is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
