Real estate Marketing Manager

Objective 🎯

Responsible for the marketing communications of the group, including residential projects, urban renewal, construction, and finishes. Oversee marketing communications from product approval through branding, positioning, budgeting, and the production of marketing materials.

Responsibilities 🛠️

• Development Projects: Manage branding, prepare marketing materials, oversee budgets, work with suppliers, manage site visibility, and lead campaigns.
• Urban Renewal: Create marketing materials, manage presence at conferences and events, and assist with event planning.
• Construction and Finishes: Address marketing needs, manage site visibility, project documentation, and ongoing events.
• Human Resources: Address marketing needs for HR, and assist with branding and event visibility.
• Headquarters Departments: Address ongoing marketing needs as required.

Requirements ✅

• At least 3 years of experience as a Marketing Communications Manager in a real estate development company.
• At least 3 years of experience in advertising, campaign planning, and media management.
• Experience with digital sales systems (e.g., Bambi, Salesforce).
• High proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong design sense, and full proficiency in Office.
• Excellent communication skills, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
• Technological understanding with knowledge of information systems and CRM (preferably experience with Priority).
