Job Description:

-Management of a team of digital systems analysts

-Building a work plan for the team of systems analysts for projects, tasks and enterprise initiatives

-Leading technological solutions for complex business needs in a digital and innovative environment

-Working with many interfaces: project managers, development and testing factors, architects, business partners and more

-Employee development and training - induction, training and providing professional and personal support to fellow employees

Requirements:

-Experience of at least 2-3 years in systems analysis / architecture

-At least 2-3 years of experience in team management

-Development experience of 2-3 years - a significant advantage

-Knowledge and familiarity with databases

-Experience in analyzing systems in the field of digital - internet and complex systems

-Ability to lead and train employees
