Product Designer

What You'll Do?

• Shape the user experience of our product for both existing and new features
• Define and solve problems across the different product stages based on design explorations, research, and user testing.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of interfaces
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
• Evaluate user feedback to enhance and refine the user experience
• Engage in all stages of visual design, from initial concept to final implementation
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of our industry, customers, and stakeholders to proactively meet their diverse needs
• Continuously challenge and improve existing design concepts and paradigms.

What We're Looking For?

• 5+ years of experience designing a complex mobile and web system/platform – must Experience with consumer app B2C
• Experience in the Digital Healthcare industry – big advantage!
• Deep understanding of user research, usability testing and other UX principles
• Experience with UX integrations and localization progress
• Experience working in agile methodologies and iterative design process.
• Bachelor of Design in Visual Communication or Interactive Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive and flexible attitude with an ability to share clear arguments and concerns.
• Fluent English.
