Plant Engineer / Technical Manager

About the Company: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Engineer / Technical Manager to lead our technical and engineering operations. This role involves spearheading engineering projects and improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity, reducing maintenance costs, and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of all plant systems.

• Responsibilities: Leading engineering projects to boost efficiency and output.
• Initiating, promoting, and defining procurement of new equipment and lines to improve productivity.
• Collaborating with suppliers both domestically and internationally.
• Enhancing performance by minimizing faults and production interruptions.
• Establishing a technical warehouse.
• Defining and implementing a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Building and enforcing operational procedures and work guidelines.
• Creating and implementing metrics to measure the maintenance department's activities and conducting regular evaluations.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Control Engineering / Mechanical Engineering - mandatory.

• Required Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems for maintenance management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good command of the English language.
• Minimum of two years of industry experience in a similar role - mandatory.
• High capability to work effectively in team settings and interact with diverse interfaces.
• Strong leadership skills for managing people and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Assertiveness.
