Spinomenal is looking for our new IT Team Member to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Go-To for all IT things aspects
• Define and implement IT best practices, security audits, processes manage ongoing IT projects
• You will own the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and networks
• Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Preserving assets, information security, and control structures
• Leading desktop support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptions
• Manage and oversee the administration and maintenance of our licenses, tools, and software applications
• Managing external contractors for the Helpdesk and complex IT activities
• Troubleshooting issues and outages
• Plan and monitor the IT annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
  
  

• 3+ year's experience as an IT with proven experience
• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 - Must
• Experience with both MacOS and Windows 10
• Strong experience with CIS benchmarks & best practices
• Excellent people skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in English speaking and writing
  
  

• Experience with Amazon Web Services and Azure – An advantage
• Jira Service Management + Atlassian Tool - Big advantage
