8fig is looking for a passionate and experienced Product Designer to join our team in Tel Aviv, Israel! Our mission at 8fig is to democratize eCommerce by empowering small business owners to become eight-figure businesses and supporting their journey to get there. 8fig is an AI-driven digital platform that serves as a financial advisor for eCommerce sellers. We offer a suite of financial planning tools and provide sellers with continuous, unlimited capital to grow their brands.

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Designer with at least 4 years of experience in user experience and user interface design. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking and a comprehensive understanding of the product development process, from research and prototyping to design and usability testing. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with a passion for solving complex product problems with a human-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the entire product development process, from research to launch.
• Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of the users.
• Design wireframes, high-fidelity UX/UI designs, and prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing.
• Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
• Continuously update the Design System as the product evolves.
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience working as a UX/UI designer.
• Experience working on web and mobile design, complex systems, and SaaS products.
• Mastery of design tools, with excellency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and techniques.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of creating intuitive and user-friendly products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and working with data-intensive products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with ambiguity.

• Skilled in motion design, illustration, and graphic design.
