We are seeking a skilled and experienced physical security design manager specializing in security integration to join our dynamic team. The Security design Manager will play a crucial role in collaborating with clients to understand their security standards and requirements, integrating them seamlessly into our company's Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Additionally, this role involves leading a small team of security specialists to develop robust processes and procedures for the platform, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in physical security design, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of security standards and protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration:
• Engage with clients to understand their security standards, requirements, and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with clients to tailor security solutions that align with their specific needs and integrate seamlessly with our SaaS platform.
• Act as the primary point of contact for security-related discussions and consultations with clients.
• Security Integration:
• Develop strategies and plans for integrating client security standards into our SaaS platform, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Work closely with the development team to implement security features and functionalities within the platform.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead a small team of security specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support as they develop and implement security processes and procedures.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment between initiatives and overall business objectives.
• Process Development:
• Develop and document processes and procedures for managing security design within the SaaS platform, including access control, video management, and intruder detection systems.
• Establish and enforce policies and standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
• Stay abreast of emerging security threats and technologies, proactively adapting processes and procedures to support client needs.
• Client Support:
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients regarding security-related inquiries and design requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on security design matters, delivering training sessions and workshops internally and externally as needed.
• Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and effective resolution of security design related issues.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in physical security design management , with a focus on security integration.
• Detailed knowledge of AutoCAD software platforms.
• Strong understanding of security standards, protocols, and best practices, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR - a must
• Detailed knowledge of BIM360 - big advantage
• Experience leading a team of security specialists, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) - advantage.
