Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Presales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Tactical Systems Presales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our tactical systems product line and related projects, including supervision over project execution abroad. This role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in tactical systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Manage all aspects of the tactical systems product line, including research, evaluation, and development of new solutions. Prepare marketing materials, manage product features development, and prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) for proposals.
• Project Management: Lead projects from the design phase to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Negotiate with suppliers, review contracts, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in both tender formats and customer requests. Prepare price proposals and oversee project budgets.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize proven technical writing capabilities to produce documents related to tactical systems, including specifications, proposals, and reports.
• Customer Engagement: Interface with customers verbally and in writing, delivering presentations and engaging in discussions on relevant topics.
• International Experience: Manage international projects and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Travel: Demonstrate a willingness and ability to travel frequently on short notice, both domestically and internationally, to oversee project execution and engage with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in tactical systems products and projects.
• Familiarity with Tactical Systems, including IMSI Catchers, and understanding of cellular architecture and environment (Base Stations, 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G, cellular operators, frequencies, etc.).
• Experience in Product Management and/or Project Management in tactical systems.
• Strong technical writing capabilities with experience in document preparation.
• Fluent English is a must. French and Spanish languages are advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant IT tools.
• Self- learning capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Initiative, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
