Head of Producer

We are ROVR, a team of music professionals and entrepreneurs reinventing how people around the world discover and listen to captivating music.

We are opening our ranks and seeking world-class contributors to join us. As the Event and Production Manager of ROVR, You will work closely with our team to curate engaging live events, manage PR efforts, establish partnerships with venues and promoters, produce live shows and events, and execute marketing and promotion campaigns to enhance our brand presence and attract a wider audience.

Key responsibilities:

-Collaborate with venues and event organizers to coordinate live performances, sessions, and promotional events ;

-Process technical and hospitality riders ;

- Plan budgeting, production logistics, vendors, marketing, agenda, sponsors, service providers, etc ;

-Ensure ticket sales and professional, frictionless execution of events from day one until completion ;

-Establish and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, and industry professionals to secure exclusive content and collaborations ;

-Plan and execute communication strategies to generate buzz and media coverage for our platform and featured artists ;

-Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels to drive user engagement, acquisition, and retention ;

-Stay updated on industry trends, emerging artists, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation ;

-Communicating and coordinating with our curators for collaborations on ROVR live events.

Requirements:

-Native-level English skills are required. Other languages are a plus ;

-3 years minimum of proven experience in promotion, event coordination, artist management, or related roles within the music industry ;

-Experience organizing events and live performances with a solid knowledge of industry practices ;

-Well established industry connections ;

-Proficiency in PR tactics, including press releases, media pitches, and influencer outreach ;

-Strong understanding of various music genres and trends, with a passion for discovering new talent ;

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with artists, partners, and stakeholders ;

-Exceptional ability to communicate and cultivate positive and durable relationships with our collaborators and affiliated artists, labels, and music professionals ;

-Must demonstrate dedication, accountability, and exemplary organizational skills ;

-Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.
