Mechanical Engineer

As our Automation Manager, you will oversee projects from initial planning through to the implementation and ongoing maintenance of cutting-edge machinery. Your role will involve collaborating with planners and suppliers both locally and internationally to ensure seamless integration of new equipment on the factory floor. You will also be responsible for monitoring and enhancing engineering performance by tracking KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning to execution and maintenance of automated machinery.
• Coordinate with planners and suppliers in Israel and abroad to facilitate machine implementation.
• Oversee the integration of new machines into our factory operations.
• Monitor and manage KPIs related to factory engineering performance.
• Adapt to unconventional working hours and travel to international suppliers as needed.
• Report to the Manufacturing Plant Manager and oversee training initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, programmable controllers, hydraulics, and machining.
• High proficiency in technical English (both written and spoken).
