Senior Product Manager

Hi. We’re amp. We’re a group of tech-obsessed fitness fanatics who realized that, just maybe, workouts shouldn't be boring. We’re building the next evolution of interactive fitness. We’ve come up with something that’s going to completely change the game.

Our designers have worked with Nike, Gatorade, Aesop, Hinge, Lime and more. Our product managers from Apple, Facebook, Lumo, Athos, and Playtika. Our engineers at the top of their fields. All working together to help users make progress towards their wellness goals while being engaged and enjoying the process. We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on.

Role Summary:

• As a Product Manager at amp, you will develop and execute initiatives that redefine the industry and solidify our market position.
• You will work closely with designers, software and firmware developers, QA, operations, hardware, and our marketing teams.
• Your role is central to ensuring our strategy and execution of the product roadmap are on par with our high bar for polish, performance, and user delight. These are crucial for our team to reach early product-market fit.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive product development lifecycle, ensuring execution and delivery of features, epics and projects, while aligning it with amp’s strategic business imperatives.
• Elevate the consumer product polish and delight factor, always looking to uplevel our offerings.
• Lead cross-functional teams to secure and surpass key product objectives, translating strategies into market wins.
• Ensure meticulous attention to detail while maintaining a fast-paced work environment, effectively balancing quality and speed.
• Cultivate deep collaboration with designers, championing innovative and viable product experiences.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years in product management, marked by a portfolio of driving business progress and product advancements.
• An experience in shipping B2C products.
• A consistent record of shipping products and features in a fast paced results driven environment.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a talent for unifying cross-functional teams toward unified business and product targets.
• Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days per week, facilitating close team dynamics.

Exceptional candidates will have one or more of the following:

• Degree in Fitness and experience as a trainer.
• Experience in product growth of web apps.
• Extensive experience in fast-growing, consumer-facing apps with strong IAP and/or subscription growth.
• Understanding of marketing tech, especially mobile attribution partners (Adjust, Kochava, AppsFlyer, Branch).
