A leading organization (for several decades) overseeing the sofware analytics services domains and the extraction of business insights - is looking for a Hands On Sales Director.
Company sells to Large & Mega Israeli private & public organizations and local enterprise.
Our focus is owning a significant experience with IT information systems entities, working with local Israeli corporates' CIOs (Chief Information Officers), carrying-out heavy-duty software systems / technical understanding of complex sales
We are keen to meet only those who either worked with the mega financial sector "players", insurance & major banks as well as government and security/ military institutions
We exclusively represent one of the largest software corporations in the world, a known branded platform in the areas of analytics solutions and extraction of business insights, (overall some 100 employees)
* The relevant candidate must come from long-complex-procedural sales processes.
* The candidate must come with a significant background in sales that includes implementations and extensions such as from the worlds of SAP, Oracle or heavy software systems (including On Premise).
5 mandatory characteristics for us:
* Working with relevant IT entities in Israel (local market, enterprise, complex)
* Professional understanding and depth in the fields of heavy systems/analytics and/or implementations such as SAP Oracle and similar
* New sales/penetration/engineering + management of a small team
* Managing existing customers, handling customer crises, improving sales and expanding operations.
* Ability to manage processes/follow-ups/interfaces within organizations (deep and consistent CRM methodology)
Unfortunately, candidates who have not worked significantly with the financial and governmental bodies and/or the largest $100 million corporations in Israel will not be considered (and there is no point in sending)
The senior manager is responsible for:
* Existing company revenues (the numbers)
* Treatment, understanding, management and retention of existing customers
* Renewal of agreements and management of senior negotiations
* Penetration and construction of new activity
* Methodical expansion of activities in existing accounts
* Personal sales + small team sales management
* In-depth professional understanding in the professional worlds
* Maintenance of partners and sales licensees, and a network of strategic consultants.
* The manager will meet a divisional and personal sales goal, and measure on:
* Ongoing customer retention and success
* Expansion of activity (Cross Sell/Upsell)
* Renewal and improvement of annual agreements
* Personal sales (hands on)
Requirements:
- Working with relevant IT bodies in Israel (local market, enterprise, complex).
- A huge advantage: for understanding / professional depth in the areas of analytics and/or implementing systems such as SAP Oracle and similar.
- New sales/penetration/engineering + management of a small team.
- High Inclusion abilities, proactive treatment and commericial management skulls with existing MEGA clients, treatment of client crises, improvement of Shar and expansion of activity.
- Ability to manage processes/follow-ups/interfaces within organizations (deep and consistent CRM methodology).
- CRM love is built into the management style.
