An Israeli-based technological global company seeks a dynamic individual to join the HR team as HR Projects and Operations Manager.
This role is crucial in supporting the VP of HR in various capacities. It ensures efficient operations, effective communication, and proactive HR and organizational initiatives management.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, multitasking, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and assistant to the VP of HR, and ensure timely follow-up on HR team action items.
- Execute tasks such as preparing presentations, summarizing meetings, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Maintain an overview of staff activities and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare regular reports and updates regarding ongoing projects and operational efficiencies.
- Develop content for presentations, reports, and internal communications as needed.
- Take ownership of specific projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage projects effectively, address any obstacles or challenges that arise, and streamline processes.
- Assist in planning and executing operational initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team responsibilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role with exposure to HR operations and project management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and organizational communications.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability.
- Knowledge of HR processes and practices is advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address issues and drive solutions.
- Adaptability and flexibility to navigate a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
