Project Manager - Playable Ads

Moon Active is one of the world's fastest-growing mobile game companies, providing entertainment to millions of active users across the universe. The company is headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv.

We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join our amazing Marketing Art department. You will drive and operate the planning and the delivery of our top-quality playable ads, while working closely with artistic & R&D teams and vendors, optimizing the delivery pipeline and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• You will be managing our playable ads creation pipe-line from an idea to a finished mini-game
• Collect and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed PRDs, define flow and user stories, prioritize backlog and handle development / engineering
• Work with developers and designers to guarantee smooth, and efficient workflow and a great playable ad creation
• Find opportunities for key initiatives to improve the production pipeline
  
  

• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to details
• Goal oriented, takes full ownership of projects and adapts well to a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• A great communicator who is able to clearly convey messages in written and oral form (in English)
• Ability to partner with cross-functional disciplines and to influence effectively
• A problem solver – highly inventive thinker that will provide insightful, innovative solutions to any problem
• Russian speaker - Advantage
