Electronics NPI Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer to join our new product development and implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and testing innovative electronic systems for products in the NPI process
Managing NPI (New Product Introduction) processes - leading projects from the early stage through to market launch
Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams
Performing technical analyses, testing, approvals, and integration of new products
Troubleshooting engineering issues and resolving problems during the development cycle
Documenting and capturing lessons learned to improve our working processes
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a relevant technical field
3-5 years of experience in engineering or new product development roles
Experience working with jigs and test fixtures for electronic product development
In-depth knowledge of electronic system design and testing
Ability to manage projects and lead teams in a dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency in technical tools and engineering software
