About this opportunity
The Global Process Owner - RTR (Record to Report) will play an integral role in leading, defining, improving, and transforming end-to-end value and financial processes across the iTero organization.
In this individual contributor role, The GPO provides strategic and operational direction to drive process efficiency, standardization, and effectiveness across functional silos, geographic and business unit boundaries to deliver sustained value to our internal customers and iTero.
You will apply your knowledge of systems and business processes and engage with key business stakeholders (global and regional) to ensure the effective definition, development, and deployment of business processes across multiple departments, users, and systems. You will also Lead Initiatives and Epics from Ideation to successful adoption of the new solutions and processes by the business users.
In this role, you will…
- Partner and manage relations with business stakeholders from finance and any other relevant function to better understand their business processes and capture business requirements for improvements and enhancements;
- Evaluate and analyze existing processes for optimization, scalability, and ease of use. Identify opportunities for process improvements and new concepts that can add value to the business;
- Lead the requirements and solution in transformative programs & various projects, including evaluating the impact on processes, redesigning and documenting processes, defining and documenting business requirements, and supporting all phases of the project through design, development, UAT, go-live, and stabilization post go-live;
- Owns performance, process design and technology enablement to create incremental value through consumer-centric and innovative solutions
- Ensure linkages with the global process, including Tax, VAT, A/R, A/P, Sales, Rev-Rec, Services, Trade compliance, internal audits, and any other finance/ related teams, regional, corporate, and global;
- Drive global process design and process standardization/optimization initiatives across corporate and business segments;
- Serve as the global subject matter expert to advise Finance and project leaders on the implications of process/system changes;
- Provide a single point of accountability for defining, maintaining, and educating the enterprise on process standards, objectives, and protocols;
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess the feasibility of new business initiatives, requests, and needs;
- Ensure correct requirements are gathered and guide a quality solution.;
- Defining and documenting business requirements, creating the initiatives and epics;
- Work with IT teams to have a clear and well-documented solution design;
- Creating the business process flows and diagrams;
- Collaborate with other GPOs and solution Architects to develop, define, and refine standard processes as part of larger transformation programs;
- Develop and deliver training to business users on new processes;
- Work closely with the business to ensure smooth execution and deployment;
- Serve as a point of contact for any requirements related to the GPO area and strive to supply support and solutions to business users (according to priority);
- Effectively communicate projects and processes related information to stakeholders within Businesses teams, IT and Global Ops teams;
In this role, you’ll need …
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration;
- CPA with a Big 4 firm experience focusing in high-tech / medical device industry;
- 12+ years of progressive experience in the respective process area required related role supporting projects with a record of successful implementation;
- Significant experience and use of relevant systems and technology in the respective process area;
- Strong consultative and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of financial regulations, policies, practices, and accounting principles;
- Experience with financial control processes;
- Technical knowledge or understanding of enterprise IT systems, such as CRM, CPQ, ERP, and Order Management systems;
- Experience in leading transformational initiatives;
- Experience working with global stakeholders;
- Experiencing implementing systems and solutions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Teams, SharePoint) and with Jira (or other agile supporting tools);
- Experience working with SAP-ERP, Salesforce, and JIRA is a plus;
