We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join our growing team and contribute to the continued development of Sojo Shield.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex data to build and refine our supply chain planning AI. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the benefits of in-person collaboration in our Israel office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement machine learning models to improve supply chain planning and decision-making.
• Analyze large volumes of data to extract actionable insights and identify trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data science solutions.
• Design experiments and perform statistical analyses to validate model performance.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
• Continuously monitor and refine models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python and its data-related libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow).
• Strong experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex data structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud-based data processing solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of supply chain management and related data needs.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI.)
