IDE Technologies is an international technology company engages in provision of water solutions around the world.
We are looking to recruit an exceptional lawyer, self-motivated, enthusiastic, business oriented with profound legal skills.

What will you do?
- Leading tender's filing and analyzing contractual and commercial risks.
- Accompany engagements with customers, business partners and suppliers.
- Formulating a strategy for actions while addressing problems during project execution.
- Working with senior interfaces in the company.
- Working with external lawyers in Israel and overseas, including re: legal proceedings.
Location: Kadima
Reporting to: VP Legal Counsel
Requirements:
- LL.B – Mandatory
- Membership in the Israel Bar Association – Mandatory
- Experience of 7 years and above, out of which at least 5 years as an internal lawyer of a global company – Mandatory
- Experience in negotiations and contracts drafting.
- English mother tongue level – Mandatory
- Willingness to work strenuous and flexible hours.
