Production Manager

The Production Manager leads the production process, responsible for planning, monitoring, and overall management of production activities, including employee management. They execute strategic planning and track production progress to ensure high quality, timely delivery, and required quantities for current and sustainable future operations.

Responsibilities:

• Production Planning and Management: Plan and manage all processes on production lines, including production planning, time management, budgets, production scope, purchasing and supplier management, and procurement files.
• External Workshops Management: Daily management of external workshops, production performance, quality, inventory, and increasing production scope.
• Quality Control and Assurance: Build and implement quality control systems, process and final quality control, manage corrections and improvements, and handle complaints.
• Raw Materials Warehouse Management: Inventory planning, order management and receipt, storage management, and efficient inventory control.
• Finished Goods Warehouse Management: Manage finished goods storage, effective inventory management, and meeting shipping requirements to end customers.
• Team Management: Manage employee teams, including daily management, training and team development, performance management, and more.
• Budget Control and Management: Pricing models, production budget planning and management, ongoing cost control, and budget monitoring.
• Improvement and Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving production processes, reducing costs, solving problems, and implementing innovations in production management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in production management in the fashion industry is a must.
• Ability to manage teams, high analytical skills, and understanding of production processes and projects.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical knowledge of production processes, quality control, and budget management.
• Excellent communication, time management, and high operational skills.
