Application Specialist

We are looking for an Application Implementation Specialist to join us.

The company supplies comprehensive solutions for complex Cloud and IT environments: Azure, Hybrid, On Premise, etc.

Job description

The Application Implementation Specialist will be the master of application customizations, automating processes, and ensuring seamless API integrations. You'll collaborate with SaaS vendors to optimize solutions for our clients and work with additional teammates to deliver a unique digital experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize client systems (Pipedrive, monday.com, etc.) to meet their unique

business needs.

• Develop, implement, and manage no-code/low-code automations using the Make

platform (formerly Integromat).

• Thoroughly test automations for reliability and efficiency.

• Provide ongoing system maintenance and support for clients.

• Ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality work.

Professional requirements

Must

Experience of 1+ years in creating automation scenarios with automation platforms such as Make or other low-code/no-code platforms such as Zapier, Workato, tray.io, Power Automate etc .

Prior experience in implementing and customizing CRM platforms such as Pipedrive/monday.com/SalesForce/HubSpot/ZoHo/SugerCRM.

Proficiency in API integration, customization, and JSON data structures.

Demonstrated expertise in no-code/low-code process planning, development, testing and maintenance of automation processes.

High level English – reading, writing, speaking.

Advantage

Relevant Automation platform certifications, such as Make/Zapier Certified.
