We are currently in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development stage and are planning to launch in just a few months. Backed by a highly experienced CEO and CTO, along with a talented team of eight development engineers, we are on an exciting journey to reshape the market.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building exceptional products. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping our social marketplace platform and bringing our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1.   Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition. Analyze data to validate product ideas and understand target user segments.

2.   Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and timelines. Prioritize product backlog items based on customer feedback, business value, and strategic goals.

3.   Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design,

marketing, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals and to facilitate smooth product development cycles.

4.   User Experience Oversight: Collaborate with designers to ensure a user-centered approach in product

development. Gather user feedback through usability testing and iterate on the product design accordingly.

5.   Feature Specification and Writing Requirements: Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) that

outline functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for new features.

6.   Roadmap Execution and Project Management: Oversee the development process to ensure that features are

built on time and meet quality standards. This may involve agile methodologies,

sprint planning, and retrospectives.

7.   Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product development status, gather input, and

align priorities. This includes creating presentations or reports for leadership.

8.   Performance Metrics and KPIs: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success

post-launch. Analyze data to guide future product decisions.

9.   Launch Strategy and Marketing Support: Plan product launches and collaborate with marketing to

develop promotional strategies, messaging, and sales enablement materials.

10. Customer Engagement and Support: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their

experiences and needs, and ensure they are satisfied with the product. This may

also include working with customer support teams to resolve issues.

11. Iterative Improvement: Continuously: gather and analyze feedback post-launch to make iterative changes and

refinements to the product, ensuring it meets evolving market demands and user needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a product manager in social and commercial B2B and B2C applications, particularly in startups or fast-paced environments.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in Agile methodologies.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.

• Innovative Mindset: A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for developing cutting-edge products.

• Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills to drive product initiatives from conception through to launch.
