Information Technology Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative (HD) to join our support team at a leading security company in the central region. The technical support representative will provide technical support to the company's customers and assist in resolving technical issues in our systems and products.

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Quickly and efficiently resolving technical issues
• Managing follow-up on open tickets and updating customers on ticket status
• Performing software and hardware installations and updates
• Collaborating with development and operations teams to resolve complex issues
• Documenting issues and solutions in the ticket management system

Job Requirements:

• At least one year of experience as a technical support representative (HD) - mandatory
• Security clearance - mandatory
• Technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• IP network card configurations in Windows systems
• Full proficiency in Active Directory (AD) – user setups, departures, group setups, and all user management aspects within an organization
• Familiarity with Office software and email systems
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues
