Technical Solutions Specialist (Portfolio Opportunity)

A well-funded Series A company in the Fintech space is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist to join their Operations team and play a key role in ensuring a successful customer life cycle. In this role, you will be a part of the technical customer onboarding process, ensuring seamless connectivity and providing ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to directly feel your impact, provide clear value to customers, and play a major role in defining the product and how it's used.

In this role you will:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers
• Work closely with customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Communicate directly with customers to ensure product adoption and understanding throughout their customer journey
• Lead customer education through creation of technical documentation for internal and external use

For this role you should have:

• 2+ years experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or equivalent role
• Strong hands-on technical abilities, including in SQL, database management, and SFTP connections
• A proven track record of customer-facing relationship management
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Experience in the Fintech space is a plus
