Outbound Product Manager (Portfolio Opportunity)

An early-stage company in our portfolio is hiring for a unique Product Manager role, with an emphasis on customer-facing responsibilities, including components of solutions engineering and project management. The company is building an AI-adoption platform to allow companies to quickly adopt and deploy AI-native solutions. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor, helping to define the experience for customers and deliver value through an exciting product offering.

In this role you will:

• Define and scope tailored solutions in collaboration with customers and the sales team.
• Coordinate the creation of custom demos, ensuring delivery meets time and feature requirements.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and implement custom solutions.
• Customize AI prompts, data and content to align solutions with the customer’s specific use case.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

For this role you should have:

• Experience in a product management or solutions engineering role, preferably in a startup environment
• Strong preference for a technical background or experience working with technical products, especially in the AI space
• Proven ability to work with customers directly to deliver value
• Excellent English skills - both writing and speaking
