Fiverr is looking for a Buyer to join our Operations team!

The Buyer will be part of the Procurement team, and work closely with HR, Facilities, and Marketing teams.

We're looking for a unique individual who excels in high-pressure environments and exhibits keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding organization, masterful multitasking abilities, strong negotiation capabilities, and a commitment to exceptional teamwork.

Our work model is hybrid, combining remote and on-site work. This allows us to get things done when and where we are most productive.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Global indirect purchasing focal point: manage Purchase Orders end to end, from issue to delivery
• Reduce Global Company costs & improve terms
• Handling negotiations and contracts end to end, working with all relevant stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc)
• Conduct market research and sourcing new services and suppliers
• Day to day vendor management
• Providing excellent service to the relevant departments
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  
  

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in Global indirect Procurement role
• Experience with large-scale purchasing methods and negotiations
• Experience with ERP systems & Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew - mandatory
• Experience in project management- an advantage
