Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX Researcher to join our growing team.

As a UX Researcher at BeezB, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users and translating their needs into actionable insights .You will work closely with our Top Designers to ensure that products are user-friendly and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research using various methods such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user research findings into the design and development process.
• Develop and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs and behaviors.
• Present research findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and apply them to our projects.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of research methodologies and tools.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for understanding user behavior and improving user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and practices.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Miro or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of agile development processes.
