The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary VP R&D to lead our expanding Engineering and Data teams. In this executive role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the technical strategy and execution for our company.

You will be responsible for defining and driving the technical vision, leading the development of advanced technologies, and optimizing our extensive portfolio of mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Define and Articulate the technical vision and strategy for our huge data and engineering initiatives. Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions that drive growth and SAAS operational efficiency.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Engineers and Data professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, both within the team and across global locations.
• Technology Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of technology to manage and optimize our mobile app portfolio. Ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical objectives with business goals. Develop and execute strategic plans to address current and future technological needs.
• Project Oversight: Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and adherence to budget constraints. Implement best practices in project management and agile methodologies.
• Innovation & Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Drive continuous improvement and innovation to maintain a competitive edge and enhance product offerings.
• Global Collaboration: Work effectively with a global team of engineers in a remote work environment. Facilitate communication and collaboration across different time zones and cultures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably as a VP of R&D, CTO, or similar position. Extensive background in building huge project of Data . Cloud infrastructure . engineering and data teams.
• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Data management, Mobile app development, and technology optimization. Experience with Cloud computing, Big Data technologies, and data analytics is highly desirable.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute a long-term technical strategy that aligns with business objectives. Experience in driving technological innovation and managing large-scale projects.
• Global Experience: Experience working in a global, remote work environment is a plus. Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with a diverse team across different time zones.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) is preferred.
