Product Designer

Rayzone Group is one of the strongest players in the intelligence cyber security products field. Working with clients in various countries, developing and delivering different cyber security solutions to intelligence agencies, providing solutions for multiple security needs and fields, headquarters and main development located in Tel Aviv.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Product Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with product managers and developers to lead the user experience and design of various products - from shaping the user journey and creating a unique look and feel that embodies our brand values.

Responsibilities

• Design the UX/UI of the company’s product, from concept to execution, involving extensive hands-on design work.
• Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to define requirements and shape roadmaps and workflows.
• Regularly share your work, including initial ideas and design concepts, with cross-functional team members, leadership, and customers.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a product designer.
• Proficiency with Figma and design systems - Must.
• Expertise in animations and strong visual design skills is an advantage.
• Exceptional understanding and eye for visual design principles, consistently maintaining high standards in your work.
• Proven track record of designing elegant solutions to complex problems and utilizing/improving existing design patterns.
• Strategic mindset, ready to play a key role in shaping the team's product strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience in fostering strong collaborations with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deeply understand customer issues.
• Familiarity with the intelligence/cyber field - an advantage.
• Previous start-up experience -an advantage.
