Experienced Product Manager

Gett is a Ground Transportation Solution with the mission to organize all the best mobility providers in one global platform with great UX - optimizing the entire experience from booking and riding to invoicing and analytics, to save businesses time and money.

The Gett Product team advocates for our users and our business customers, setting the vision and driving the execution of our product suite, used by millions of people. We use data, research and feedback to guide multidisciplinary teams towards delivering value-driven outcomes.

As a Product Manager at Gett, you’ll be driving the vision and execution of our roadmap while working with many stakeholders across multiple territories.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate customer insights through market and customer research to guide product vision and roadmap creation
• Lead products and features throughout their life cycle. From concept to product requirements to execution and requirements materialization.
• Work closely with Engineering, Customer Experience, Operations, Sales & Marketing, UX teams to build high-quality products and bring them to the market
• Analyze features performance and iterate until business needs are met and customer satisfaction is reached.
• Contribute to the Gett product roadmap

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in product management
• B.Sc in computer science / Industrial Engineering / Product Design or similar experience as a startup founder
• Lead features throughout their product life cycle E2E – gett things done consistently, rapidly, and effectively.
• Experience in the development of platform features, back-office features, and user-facing features - advantage
• Understand and analyze the business needs, define the product functionality and behavior
• Analytical and data-driven, Problem solver, Team player and passionate about technology
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience leading presentations to executives and large groups of people.
