Position: Executive Coordinator and Producer ILTV News is a leading Israeli news outlet, dedicated to delivering timely and accurate coverage of current events, politics, and cultural developments in Israel. We aim to provide our audience with a comprehensive understanding of Israeli perspectives and stories, reaching both local and international viewers.
ILTV News is looking for an organized and proactive Executive Coordinator and Producer to support our CEO, Editor-in-Chief, and client projects at our Rishon Lezion office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production: Coordinate filming schedules, manage studio interviews, support filming, and oversee post-production tasks including visual and audio selection, editing, and social media distribution.
- Schedule Management: Organize schedules for editorial and production teams, anchors, video editors, and client meetings.
- Additional Duties: Assist with client meetings, handle administrative tasks, maintain records, and welcome visitors.
Requirements:
- Experience in production coordination and executive support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and schedules effectively.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew, both written and spoken.
