Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Director of IT Operations who will be a pivotal figure in managing and optimizing our IT operations, with a particular focus on billing systems, CRM, and overall business operations. This is a strategic role that requires a leader who can design and implement architectural solutions, work closely with business stakeholders, and drive technology decisions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of handling software vendors, managing Network Operations Centers (NOCs), and translating business requirements into actionable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of IT architecture and solutions that align with business objectives, with a focus on billing systems, CRM, and overall operational efficiency.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with software vendors, particularly those related to billing and CRM systems, ensuring that contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics align with business objectives.
• NOC Oversight: Manage Network Operations Centers (NOCs), ensuring they meet our operational standards and provide high availability and reliability.
• Decision-Making: Serve as a key decision-maker in IT operations, providing input on strategy, technology investments, and process improvements.
• Business & Technical Integration: Work closely with business partners to translate business requirements into detailed technical architectures, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
• Presentations & Reporting: Prepare and deliver business presentations that communicate technical insights, operational performance, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Leadership: While this is a primarily strategic role, provide guidance and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of IT experience, with at least 1 year in a director or similar leadership role. Significant experience in managing billing systems, software vendors, and outsourced services is essential.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of billing systems, CRM, API integration, network infrastructure (WAN, BGP), and cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
• Architectural Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing IT architecture that aligns with business requirements and enhances operational efficiency.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, translating business needs into actionable technical solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to prepare and deliver business presentations to stakeholders.
• Leadership Skills: Capable of providing strategic direction and leadership within the IT operations domain, while also working independently in a sole position.
